1. General Product Safety

Customers must carefully read and fully follow all product instructions, safety warnings, assembly guides, user manuals, and care information included with every product.

All furniture products are designed for standard household use only, unless otherwise specified on the official product page. Users must not exceed the product’s listed weight capacity. Any unauthorized modification, cutting, drilling, overloading, structural alteration, or improper misuse of furniture is strictly prohibited and may result in safety hazards.

2. Assembly Safety

Many furniture items require full customer assembly. Customers are solely responsible for following the provided assembly instructions step-by-step.

Improper or incomplete assembly can lead to structural instability, permanent product damage, property damage, and serious personal injury.

For large, bulky, or heavy furniture units, we strongly recommend assembly by two adults or a professional furniture technician to ensure full stability and safety.

3. Anti-Tip and Wall Anchoring Safety

Tall and freestanding furniture units including dressers, cabinets, bookcases, wardrobes, storage consoles, and wall shelving carry potential tip-over hazards if not securely anchored.

If anti-tip brackets, wall anchors, or stabilizing hardware are included with your product, these components must be installed strictly per the instruction manual.

Always keep children and pets away from unanchored furniture. Do not allow climbing, hanging, or playing on any freestanding furniture. Store heavy items on lower shelves and drawers to lower center of gravity. Do not place televisions or heavy objects on furniture not explicitly designed for such use.

4. Children and Household Safety

All small hardware parts, assembly tools, plastic packaging, foam inserts, and plastic bags must be kept out of reach of children and pets to prevent choking hazards, suffocation risks, or injury. All packaging materials should be properly disposed of immediately after assembly.

5. Product Care and Maintenance

Follow all official product care and maintenance instructions. Protect furniture from prolonged excessive moisture, direct intense heat, continuous sunlight exposure, and harsh chemical cleaners. Improper care may damage material finishes, compromise structural integrity, and void safe product use.

6. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If any manufacturing defect, safety hazard, official product recall, or mandatory corrective action is identified for our products sold and shipped to the United States, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria, we will notify affected customers using the contact details provided at checkout.

We will provide clear instructions for eligible remedies including professional repair, product replacement, partial or full refund, safe product disposal, or other required corrective actions in compliance with U.S. and EU consumer safety regulations.

7. Reporting Safety Concerns

If you identify any structural defect, safety risk, malfunction, or hazardous condition with our product, discontinue use immediately and contact our support team without delay.
